Lucky festival-goers got a proper treat today when they went to see Jay Z perform at the main stage fo the Hackney Weekend festival. Hova was joined on stage at the BBC Radio 1/1Xtra event by Rihanna, MIA and none other than Kanye West. Beyonce was spotted loving it in the audience, along with thousands of screaming fans!
Beyonce wasn't with her new gig partner Kim Kardashian, though. Yes, that's right - they're now pals! We'd heard that Beyonce was pretty unhappy at the prospect of having to spend any time with Kim Kardashianwhile her husband, Jay Z, toured with the reality star's boyfriend, Kanye West. But, somehow or another, Kim's made nice with Beyonce, and she's grown to like her so much that not only have they been pictured together, but they've been pictured together having a GREAT TIME!
The pair was snapped by very excited fans of Jay Z and Kanye West who spotted them in the front of the crowd at the Birmingham Watch The Throne gig. The pair was surrounded by three big, burly sorts - don't worry, Jay and Yeezy, they were only bouncers - presumably to stop the finely-turned out ladies from getting into any trouble in the moshpit!
And though the stars seem to be hiding behind their hands at first, they soon relaxed and weren't worried about being spotted together - which makes us wonder why Kim missed the Hackney gig? Maybe she doesn't like mud. We can't imagine her liking mud much.
We've heard no news yet on where Kanye, Kim, Beyonce and Jay are going to celebrate the gig (and the brand new friendship) tonight, but we'll keep you posted on all the goss!
